   We handle every permit and inspection. You get a Gantt-style schedule with dated milestones before we break ground.

4. 4. Construction

   Your dedicated project manager is on site daily and reachable by phone — no chasing, no voicemails.

5. 5. Final walk & warranty

   Detailed walk-through, written punch-list sign-off, and a workmanship warranty we stand behind.
